Refunds
If you find that you requested service for remote Form I-9 completion via any of our service options in error, you can request a refund. If you paid online via credit/debit card, the amount of the refund may be reduced by an amount commensurate with our progress in fulfilling your service request and the non-refundable fee (“transaction fee”) that our payment processor charged us. Specifically:
Employers
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a “coupon code” that can be used to reduce the cost of a future remote I-9 verification. The value of the coupon code will be the full amount paid.
- If you request a cash refund, the refund will be the amount that you paid after deducting the transaction fee.
- No refund will be made after service has been completed. Service will be considered complete when, during any phone call between the new hire and the I-9 Specialist, any part of Form I-9 is reviewed or completed, regardless of whether or not a form is provided to you.
Employees
- (DIY) Your 30-day license to use the course begins when you access it for the first time. When you access the course you will receive proprietary information in a digital format that cannot be retrieved. If you request a refund before you access the course, we will refund your payment after deducting the non-refundable fee that our payment processor charges us. No refund will be issued after you access the course.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to your payment method within 14 days.
